Work Remotely

You get 18 hours of remote work quota every week, no questions asked.

No Crunch

We never allow for crunch in the studio, despite timelines. We actively discourage crunch culture, overtime is only acceptable in the most severe of circumstances.

Flexible Working Hours

We have a flexi-time policy, the only limitation being you work the core hours of 11:00 to 14:00 and complete a full work-day.

This means you can arrive as early as 6:00 or as late as 11:00, and finish from 14:00 to 19:00!

Paid Holiday

Every staff member gets 20 days of holiday a year, in addition to any public holidays, maternity, paternity, adoption and sick leave.

Save As You Earn (SAYE)

We have a Save As You Earn bonus scheme, which is tax free – at the end of the scheme you can take it out as a direct cash payment or for shares in the company.

Healthy Lifestyle Scheme

Every person receives £50 a month allowance (non-accrueable) to spend on health related products and services, such as fitness equipment / tech and gym memberships.
